The Company’s issued share capital, as of 17 October 2024 consists of 128,678,882 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.002 each (“Ordinary Shares”). Insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of securities that is not in public hands is approximately 41%, these being held by directors and significant shareholders, details of which are set out below.

The Company is the owner of law firms which are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Pursuant to Rule 9.1 of the Authorisation of Firms Rules any shareholder which holds an interest of 10% or more in the Company must first be approved by the SRA.
