Rosenblatt Group plc, the professional legal services company, today announces that Marianne Ismail will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Until recently, Marianne Ismail was Group CEO of Kingswood Holdings Limited (formerly European Wealth Group Limited), an AIM-listed integrated wealth management group. Marianne has worked in financial services for over 30 years in a variety of senior roles with extensive experience in managing all aspects of financial services in the UK, North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin America.
She was formerly the Head of Private Banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Standard Chartered, Chief Executive Officer for Citigroup’s European wealth management business and Head of Private Wealth Management EMEA for Morgan Stanley. She is currently Pro-chancellor and chairs the governing body of the University of Greenwich, a non-Executive director of the Qatar Islamic Bank-UK, and Town and Country Housing Group.
